Bungalow 13 (1948)

Christopher Adams, a private detective, gives up his search for a valuable piece of jade when his last suspect is killed by the police. He takes a bungalow at a cheap auto court for a rest and finds the owner, Gus Barton (Frank Cady), involved in the case. Barton is arrested when two more murders take place, but Adams sets a trap for the real culprit.
