Brita i grosshandlarhuset (1946)

Brita moves from her parents' cabbage patch in the countryside to work in Stockholm as a housemaid for a wealthy family. The big city overwhelms her at first and she falls in love with Greger, the young man of the household. But one day Arvid, an infatuated young man from her home village also comes to Stockholm to express his love for her.
