Orecchi no Wedding (1983)

Tsutomu arrives late for his wedding only to have a vision of his soon-to-be wife Makiko be stabbed by a woman dressed as a bride herself. This woman is then dead, disappeared and not apprehended. The wedding is postponed. Tsutomu becomes preoccupied with sifting through his past, present and possible futures to understand how and why and ensure the nightmare does not come to pass.
