Cats & Dogs (2001)

In a world with a secret rivalry between cats and dogs, puppy Lou joins an agency of secret agents to stop an evil plot that threatens the balance between the two species, orchestrated by the diabolical Mr. Tinkles. In turn, Lou must protect his new family, who are working to develop a formula to eliminate human allergies towards dogs. A fun family comedy, with a bit of acid humour, action sequences and heartwarming moments.
