Charlotte Gray (2001)

Charlotte, a young Scottish woman fluent in French, moves to London during World War II. After a brief romance with RAF pilot Peter Gregory, Charlotte is recruited by the SOE for a mission in Nazi-occupied France. Her primary motivation is to find Gregory, who has gone missing in action. Parachuting into France, she becomes involved with the French Resistance, searching behind enemy lines for her missing lover.
