To create a brighter future for themselves, chronically jobless best friends Aggelis and Stratos arrive in Athens. But it's a jungle out there. And like a fish out of water, the two companions go job-hunting in the busy streets of the bustling capital, hoping for a miracle. Instead, the unskilled workers stumble upon the agency of beautiful impresario Elpiniki, a woman with a flair for crime. As they land their first job, questions arise. Are Aggelis and Stratos' problems finally over, or does more trouble await them?
