Giannos and Pagona (1959)

Secretly head-over-heels in love with her affluent landowner father's handsome but poor sheepherder, Yannos, graceful Pagona has been planning to elope with her sweetheart for quite some time now. However, Pagona's parents have other plans in store for her, as Dimos, the wealthy young admirer from the neighbouring village, has already expressed his wish to marry her. And then, to make matters worse, someone exposes Pagona's well-kept secret. Are the two lovers meant to be together?
