The Show-Off (1968)

After witnessing a minor hit-and-run accident, petrol station attendants and best friends, Vagelis and Nikolakis, decide to take in Keti, a hapless runaway woman. As the impecunious companions take the orphaned lady under their wing, a timid love affair develops between Keti and the handsome son of a successful, self-made industrialist. However, their relationship doesn't sit well with the young man's haughty mother. Now, to raise enough money for the sake of their innocent protégé, Vagelis summons up the courage to take part in a no-holds-barred boxing match. Will things work out in the end?
