Entrusted with writing the respectable Col. Leonidas Kolaris' biography, Petros, Madame Avra's youthful tenant, instead, he falls head over heels with the officer's beautiful niece, Teresa. In the meantime, Petros' friend, Ares, he, too, falls in love with the same girl--and somehow--all of them manage to meet in Petros' apartment, under the same roof with the ever-watchful and sour landlady. But, can one put love on hold?
