The Wooden Shoe, the Gun and the Bow Tie (1957)

Alexandros Kortakias, a young skirt-chaser from Alexandroupoli, arrives in 1927 Athens to study. Instead, Alexandros squanders both time and money, pursuing ephemeral pleasures with three lovely Athenian belles. As a result, the girls get pregnant, and Alexandros returns home empty-handed. Nearly three decades later, his sons, who are the spitting image of their father, have different fates: Takis is a well-dressed Athenian; Thimios is an ambitious countryman with a heart of gold, and streetwise Scarface is a notorious thief. What happens if those three cross paths?
