My Bridge Experiences (1933)

This film is composed of six short featurettes where Ely Culbertson gives bridge lessons in the new contract method of playing, of which he was one of the leading advocates : nº 1 "Murder at the Bridge Table" nº 2 "A Forced Response" nº 3 "Society Cheaters" nº 4 "What Not To Do In Bridge" nº 5 "Transatlantic Bridge Tricks" and nº 6 "Three Knaves and a Queen". It's bridge lessons with sense of humor and Culbertson's showmanship. In the first one he partners with her wife Josephine, also a famed bridge player and teacher.
