A zöldköves gyürü (1977)

It has been many years since the Baron's beautiful wife passed away, and since then he has lived his life in resignation. To have someone who cares of his three children, the widowed man marries the shopkeeper's less attractive daughter. The new wife has very strict ideas about their upbringing, but tries to do everything right in her new role. Only after her husband's death does she realize that the family once owned vast estates, which she now wants to regain for the children. Her initial enthusiasm turns into an obsession, and her hopeless struggle eventually drives her crazy.
