A radio eviscerates itself, sacrificing its life to give Wittgenstien a new bulb. Later on somebody fixes the radio. Because the radio's actions were suicidal, this scene was cut from some versions of the film but not others.
Mack tries to send off a number of animals to a testing lab where they'll be vivisected. The animals are rescued.
Viruses destroy a large but very old supercomputer.
Animals sing about how they were abandoned or abused by people, but then the Master comes and saves them.
