Mechtateli (1987)

The film tells about the youth of Dimitar Blagoev, the founder of the Party of Bulgarian Socialists. This happened in 1891, six years after his return to Bulgaria from St. Petersburg. During these six years, he has united people with socialist ideas around him; he is marrying Vela Zhivkova. His life path flew by with the police chief Stoimenov. Blagoev founded the party, which twenty years later became the Bulgarian Communist Party.
