Tsentrovoy iz podnebesya (1977)

The Student basketball team, led by coach Samson Groznyak, is full of ambition but lacks a good center. Yuriy Kulich-Kulikovskiy is an ordinary shepherd - he has brilliant natural abilities for basketball, but he is not at all interested in sports. He would never have got into the team if he had not fallen in love with the singer Nina Chelnokova. The soloist of a popular music band visits many cities on tour, and the only chance to keep up with her is to travel the country with a basketball team.
