The Rebel (1968)

The Story takes place in southern Tunisia, with some scenes in Tunis, in the 1860s, in full regency of Tunis. A young soldier in Tunis Bey's guard, Salah, is called back to the maternal "douar" (home town) by his mother, Ouarda, who is waiting for him to avenge the death of his father and his brother, murdered by looters covered by the authorities. to lead a real revolution.
