Snaha (1976)

The village rich man Yurtalana discovers that someone has been breaking corn from the cornfield. By accident, he sees the thief - the kid of a poor man. Blinded by rage Yurtalana kills him with a stone. He and his son Stoyko bury the body by the river. Stoyko marries the beautiful Sevda, but soon he dies. Yurtalana throws out his daughter-in-law. Sevda knows about the killing. She represents the desire of vengeance. Yurtalana sets out for the city to give himself up.
