A Cinderella Story (2004)

A new transposition of the famous and classic fairy tale, with a contemporary approach and a sympathetic spark thanks to the comic contributions of Dan Byrd, Jennifer Coolidge and Regina King. The story centers on Sam Montgomery who lives at the beck and call of her stepmother Fiona and her unbearable stepsisters, who treat her like a personal slave. When Sam has an Internet connection with a stranger who turns out to be the popular Austin Ames, she doubts whether things would work out between them if he knew her personally.
