Operation Black Sname during World War II: The Italian spy agency's (SIM) Agent Ludovic tries to infiltrate the ranks of the guerrilla units in the Albanian city of Tirana. The aim is to discover and destroy the leaders and all resistance operatives. Agent Ludovic is discovered, and the Fascist plan fails.
