Major Dogan is assigned to obtain the operational plans of major exercises. While these plans are being taken to the high command center by courier, the courier must be neutralized. Thus, the plans will be captured. Other secret service agents who know the situation intend to wait for Major Dogan to receive the plans and then take action.
