Eden no umi (1976)

New teacher Nanjo from Tokyo is transferred to a rural all-girl high school. He is happy and kind, and all the students love him--with one exception. Nanjo and this girl are paired during a sport activity at school There is a mishap and she faints and wets herself, and he buys her new underwear. Everyone finds out about the purchase, but nobody knows the story behind the purchase, as he's trying to protect her from embarrassment. A minor scandal could be occurring.
