Revenant (2008)

Sarah Keller, a dedicated psychologist at Withering Heights Hospital, begins to notice a pattern in her patients: horrible nightmares which all seem to carry the common theme of a certain house, a foreboding dwelling where a family was murdered in 1981. As she delves deeper into the secrets of the house with the help of Kellen Black, the only survivor of the 1981 murders, Sarah begins to suspect that the danger may be much more real than was at first apparent.
