Blood Junkies

Rescuing lost kids is social worker's Charity Miller's job. But it becomes an obsession when she encounters the impossible - a runaway who looks exactly like her big sister Hope, unchanged since her disappearance 20 years earlier. Despite her instincts, Charity follows her sister into a derelict Brooklyn building inhabited by mysterious young addicts. Charity needs to save Hope.
