Minutes before dying in the general ward of an urban hospital, Ulises, a terminally ill patient in his fifties, goes over fragments of his life.Lauro, a neighboring patient, young and smiling, is his only companion in his final agony, in which he relives all the opportunities he let pass. Thus, as he crosses the border to death, he realizes that this is the most exciting moment of his life.
