DSO agent Leon S. Kennedy finds himself in the war-torn Eastern Slav Republic, he discovers that Bio-Organic Weapons are being used in the country's civil war and ignores government orders to retreat. Leon starts to investigate and in his way encounters many challenges, so as a conflict between rebels and the government forces.
