A move of past evidence to a new location seems to pass without hitch - but has it? Items are missing and who are the sinister men in black, housed in the white building with no windows. Could the mysterious death of a child years ago be linked to new tragedies or are they more in keeping with ancient crimes. What of the fallen detective and the man constantly haunting him.
