Vacuum (2012)

According to popular wisdom, the birth of a child is a happy event. This is often true, especially for Milo, the proud father of baby Mattia. Not so for Arianna, Milo's wife. Her husband, a temporary worker in a remote factory, being away all day and Arianna having to return to her job as a cleaner, she has no choice but to entrust Mattia to the care of her grandparents. At the same time, her life as a young mother revolves entirely around the child, breastfeeding, breast pumps, diapers and so on. Little by little, the young woman withdraws into herself, no longer feeling any happiness.
