What's He Building? (2012)

Set in the 1950's, our main character 'Bill' stumbles upon a character named 'The Man' moving in across the street. Being a family man, Bill invites his wife out to greet his neighbor. He waves at The Man and to his surprise The Man ignores him and walks into his house. After several attempts to make contact with The Man and being rebuffed every time, Bill becomes suspicious that he's hiding something and sets out to spy on him and find out what he's up to. What he discovers shocks everyone
