Wat was Massa (2015)

Willem Massa (Dutch sculptor) died two years ago. His life was dedicated to making wooden sculptures. The last five years of his life in an old farmhouse in the deserted East Groningen. Outside his family, he has never showed his sculptures to anyone. He did not seek an audience. It is still 'on display' in the magnificent grain barn behind his house. He left his complete oeuvre into the care of his wife, Ineke. She has to sell the house, but with the sculptures still in it, that is impossible. They're in the way end have become a burden. As difficult as it may be she has to make a choice. does she send them into the world or set it ablaze?
