The Good Neighbor (2016)

Ethan and Sean, two tech-savvy friends, decide to play a prank on their mysterious and grumpy neighbor, Harold Grainey, in a quest for excitement. They pose as amateur psychologists and launch an elaborate scheme to convince him that his house is haunted, all while recording his genuine reactions. As their audacious 'Haunting Project' unfolds, the boys soon find themselves questioning who the real good neighbor is across the street.
