Three strangers are interconnected through a letter bearing character and a murder. James, a lower class young man, who spends his life looking after his younger sister is contracted to clean up the aftermath of the grisly murder. Sean, a middle class man, is contracted to kill. He uses his hatred for the murderer of his younger sister to get the job done. Harry, a wealthy upper class man, is contracted to kidnap the victim.
