Short Sale

The Handy family, Hank, his kids from various failed marriages, his big brother Mike and his buxom internet fiancée Natasha, are just about to take over an entire cul de sac, where they're going to build the strip mall of their dreams, when a teacher and her mediator husband snake them out on a short sale and set themselves up in a house on prime property, the final piece of the Handy Development "dream." Trouble ensues; mucho trouble.
