Besides from the killer's bare chest, very little sexual references and one kiss, there are no scenes of sex and nudity.

A government building explodes, causing several people to die off-screen.

Several teenagers and one man are being shot to death, with obvious bad CGI blood seen.

"Bastard", "damn", "son of a bitch", "God" and the F-word.

None. Just very little to no references to alcoholic drinks.

What makes this film disturbing despite this being a Z-grade movie, is the fact it is based on a tragic true story, dealing with the Norwegian terror attacks which happened 22 July 2011. Many people (especially the Norwegian people) have been offended by this film's existence, and often called it disrespectful to, not only the terror victims, their relatives and the survivors, but also many other people around the world (especially in Norway).
