Forgive My Youth (2012)

This is a short film depicting the class chasm in the rapidly changing modern Chinese society. A poor student's dream for a better future is shattered when he is accused of theft by his classmates. Not being able to face the contempt and mistrust of his peers, he drops out of school and is never heard of again. Subsequently the police catch the real thief and the classmates realized they had wrongfully accused him. They try to make amends, but it's too late.
