Inner Fear (2015)

Alice and Charles, two college students sharing a ride across country for the new school year, make a stop in the Utah desert where they meet Mark, a man running from his past. A local legend inspires the three travelers to seek out mythic Native American petroglyphs deep in the rampant canyons. They soon become lost and their casual adventure turns into a fight for survival. Suffering the effects of exposure and dehydration, the romantic tensions escalate and personal issues surface into deadly confrontations.
