Bigfoot Chronicles (2013)

Bigfoot Chronicles is an adventure story about this successful documentary-film maker named Rock Thomson who recently lost his family in a car crash. Thomson wants produce a film to save help some orphans. He is approached by Dalton West who wants Thomson to document Bigfoot sightings in Oregon. West represents several Indian nations who believe a documentary about Bigfoot will help them stop the scheduled clear cutting of their sacred forest. At first Thomson refuses, telling West he doesn't do fairy tales, but West tells Thomson he will provide funding for the Texas project, Rock decides to produce the film about Bigfoot. Thomson goes to Jackson Hill, Oregon. There he meets Susan. Together they listen to several real characters tell about their Bigfoot encounters. One of them, Wally tells a very convincing story about an encounter with Bigfoot. He tells Thomson where he can find Bigfoot. Thomson assembles an expedition to go to the dangerous lost world of Oregon to find the illusive creature. When one of the members of the expedition in injured, they are forced to turn back. Thomson decides to finish the project alone. A long journey through the deep forest Thomson gets the proof he needs to save the forest. This is a story of commitment, love and redemption.
