Tale of Tales (2015)

The film brings together three fairy tales revolving around different kingdoms and their respective monarchs: the kings of Longtrellis and their problems to conceive; the king of Strongcliff, a womanizer; and finally, the king of Highhills, obsessed with a giant flea. Based on the fairy tales of italian poet Giambattista Basile, this fantasy/horror film by Matteo Garrone is visually stunning in its gothic visuals, with plenty of humor and scenes that will stay with you for a long time. Undoubtedly, it is worth seeing.
