Beauty Yoga (2004)

Beauty is a quality within each of us at the level of the soul. The core of beauty is love with endless fragrances. The arts of tantra contain ten Maha Vidyas, cosmic powers. These are deep and powerful qualities residing in the unlimited nature. As each power is realized a level of transcendence occurs bringing divine life into earthly life. Each vidya is represented by a specific goddess. The tenth vidya is beauty. Beauty is truth and when awakened one can see the beauty in all life. The goddess of beauty is our beloved Lakshmi. Beauty Yoga is the practice of entering into the cosmic power of beauty. Specific postures are done to invigorate the senses and circulation as well as meditations on beauty expanding the fields of beauty in and around.
