Being different is not often accepted by the society. As it takes time for society to understand the ones that are not common. Such is the story of Debu, The central protagonist. Hyro party incidentally meaning "loser" is the story of a young boy who gets momentarily excited about his birthday and the fact that he would be able to distribute chocolates to his friends in class. The days that follow till his birthday he goes through a range of emotions. The arrival of his birthday brings about a clear emotional maturity in the child. The story is set in the heart of Calcutta, India. "Heyro Party" explores the pathos of old needs passing away and true emotions coming.
