Post Traumatic (2014)

Peter Mayfield, an increasingly unstable widower, struggles in the months after a serious car crash which he and his son were caught in. Peter constantly thinks of the mysterious driver who, he was told, was killed in the crash, and begins to feel like he is being watched.
