Righty and Lefty are conjoined twins. Righty is a straight, white, conservative. Lefty is a gay, black, liberal. They hate each other so much they want to kill each other but they can't or they will die, too. It could be a metaphor for today's polarized society but really it's just the most offensive thing ever.
