Reverie (2019)

Alex is a young girl whose home situation with her two loving but workaholic parents has forced her to mature more quickly than her peers. Her independent nature has caught the attention of a group of notorious bullies at school, which in turn discourages any of her classmates from befriending her. To deal with her loneliness, Alex turns to her only friend Melanie. However, her treasured friend is not all she appears to be.
