This is a new transposition of Jane Austen's novel, with a hypnotic Anya Taylor-Joy and a much more satirical tone than previous versions of the novel. Emma is a rich and beautiful young woman who likes to try to bring different people together to be a couple, but her judgment is sometimes out of touch with reality and she ends up breaking hearts even without meaning to. Everything takes on a different color when it is she herself who is interested in forming a couple.
