Refuge (2019)

Refuge is a one-shot short film captured on the DJI Inspire 2 and produced with funding support from the Canada Council for the Arts' New Chapter grant program. Inspired by my parents' flight from Afghanistan following the Russian invasion of the 1980s, Refuge reflects my interpretation of their story as a couple runs for their life amid an attack from an unknown threat.
