Saving Leningrad (2019)

In September 1941, amidst the Siege of Leningrad, young couple Kostya and Nastya find themselves aboard a worn-out barge tasked with evacuating the city's inhabitants. Led by Kostya's father, the barge sets out with over 1,000 souls, including Nastya's father recently released from imprisonment. As they navigate Lake Ladoga, tragedy strikes when the barge encounters a storm. Amidst the chaos, enemy planes appear, posing a grave threat to their already perilous journey.
