Kôgo Noda is most famously know for working alongside Yasujiro Ozu in the writing of his screenplays for some of his most famous movies. Noda was born on November 19, 1893 and died at age 74 on September 23, 1968. He co-wrote some of Yasujiro's most famous films, for example: Tokyo Story (1953), Late Spring (1949), An Autumn Afternoon (1962), Late Autumn (1960), and Early Summer (1951).
