Hunter Voss

Hunter is a Colorado native. Born in Englewood CO, he moved to western Colorado at the age of 3 and has taken full advantage of all the desert southwest has to offer a young man. Aside from a year of adventure spent in Cochise County AZ while in the 5th grade, Colorado has always been Hunter's home. Hunter is passionate about hiking, rock hounding, science and the preservation of historic places. At the age of 8 Hunter hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon where he spent two nights at Phantom Ranch before hiking back up to the South Rim. He has spent the last two summers participating in preservation activities with Preserve America Youth Summits, focused on sustaining the national parks system by engaging future generations. Hunter has been a percussionist in his Middle school's band programs for the last 4 years. Thanks to the encouragement of a family friend, Hunter began participating in youth theatrical productions in the 4th grade. He especially enjoys musical theater and has been cast as Fyedka in Fiddler on the Roof, Jr; von Hussler in Mary Poppins, Jr; and as a thief in a locally written musical version of A Christmas Carol, among other ensemble and titled roles over the last five years . Additional roles Hunter has played include Will in the locally written melodrama production of A Tale of Woo and Snug the Joiner in Midsummer Night's Dream. You Like to Draw? is Hunter's first performance for film. Hunter looks forward to working with the cast and crew on this project and learning the ropes!
