Athena

As a child, Athena was always ready to entertain. She wrote and starred in several school plays from middle school through high school, many based on a nerdy character she created named "Farley". During her college years, Athena helped to create a local video show, which she also hosted in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The show, called "Sound and Fury" featured music from local bands and artists in the middles Tennessee area. She began her professional wrestling career in June 1999 managing Hot Rod Biggs in Southern Championship Wrestling. In 2003, Athena became the first female in TNA History to challenge for the TNA X Division Championship. She can also be seen in the 2003 Chris Rock movie, "Head of State" during the NWA-TNA scene. In the summer and fall of 2004, Athena could be seen on Down South Championship Wrestling, where she hosted a weekly segment called "Athena's Dungeon". She was featured in the Fall 2004 issue of PWI's Women of Wrestling magazine.
