Bill E. Stitt born William Ernest Stitt was born in Yazoo City, Mississippi in 1968. A Hospitality Graduate from Ole Miss and lived in Memphis, TN. He is most well-known as a Restauranteur and maker of Small Batch Bacon. He has worked for over 30 years contributing to the hospitality industry and served as National Director of Catering for Ruby Tuesday restaurants.
