Since becoming Group CEO of NV, the company has gone on to produced over 200 seasons of television programming equating to thousands of hours of original content, which have been broadcast and streamed in over 200 countries around the world. Damien has driven the company's aggressive expansion, and today NV has offices in Cape Town, London & Los Angeles. Damien is a proud member of both the Independent Producers Organisation and the Producers Guild of America which marks him as one of a hand full of South Africans invited to join the prestigious organization.
